Well really it was to be expected, as from what I’ve read in the past, we really do pay more for a lot of things in Australia, one of them being recreational drugs, so it makes sense we would become a prime target.
The islands mentioned in this article includes the popular French Polynesia, as well as those closer to Australia: Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia and even New Zealand. While further north Papua New Guinea gets a mention.
